The Acoustical Society of Nigeria (ASON) is a member of the International Commission for Acoustics which is made up of more than forty four (44) member nations.
Generally, acoustics has to do with the generation, transmission and perception of sound. The effect of sound on the recipients (particularly in a room or hall) fall under acoustics.
